The NFL regular season started a week ago, we blinked, and the second one has just arrived. The current Super Bowl Champion, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, didn’t disappoint and had a 31-29 win in an incredible game against Dallas in the Raymond James Stadium.
As we brought here last week, the other two leading favorite teams for those games, according to Bovada, won it. At home, Los Angeles Rams faced Chicago Bears in a 34-14 game, and the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Lions in Detroit by 41-33 in a great match, with the highest number of points in the first week among the others.
Two from the other three franchises that began the season as favorites won their matches. Kansas City Chiefs defeated Cleveland Browns at home (33 – 29) and Caroline Panthers, also playing for its supporters against New York Jets, had a 19-14 win. In contrast, the Bills felt for Pittsburgh Steelers, at Buffalo, by 23-16.
Despite the Rams, the other five teams won their games by a difference of two touchdowns or even more: Houston Texans, Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, New Orleans Saints, and Denver Broncos.
Just like in the first week, Tampa Bay Buccaneers is between the main favorites two win its next match, on Sunday 19. According to Bovada, they have -110 odds to defeat the Atlanta Falcons by 13 points or more at home.
The other main favorite is the Browns, winning the next game against the Texans by the same difference as the game above, with -110 odds. They are looking for the first win and can be close to their supporters.
Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots are the other franchises also favorite in the second week. On Sunday, the Pats travels to New Work for play against the Jets and has -105 odds for winning by seven points or more, while Green Bay has -110 odds to defeat Detroit Lions, at home, on Monday 20 by eleven points or more.
The most levelheaded match should be between the Bears and Cincinnati Bengals, in Chicago on Sunday, which the home team is the favorite to win by three points or more, and between Los Angeles Chargers and Dallas Cowboys, on the same day, in LA. Chargers starts as favorite to win by four points or more.
