The 13th week from NFL regular season starts on Thursday the 2nd. December is the last month full of games since January is only two weeks, and playoffs after that.
Last week we could see some teams get close to the playoffs, like Green Bay and Tampa Bay Packers. On the other hand, the AFC West and NFC East are the thighest divisions, where the franchises will have to run until the end for a spot on the playoffs.
Take a look at the past results:
Four teams are on bye this week: Carolina Panthers (5 – 7), Cleveland Browns (6 – 6), Green Bay Packers (9 – 3), and Tennessee Titans (8 – 4). On Bovada, Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the main favorites for the week.
The Rams are the favorite to defeat Jacksonville Jaguars at home. by 14 points, with -105 odds. LA needs the victory to avoid the Cardinals to open more games of difference in the NFC West. It’s an excellent opportunity to break the three straight losses and defeat the Jaguars, which is making a terrible season.
Tampa Bay has -110 odds to beat Atlanta Falcons by 12 points or more at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Buccs come from two straight wins and don’t want to let a rival division get close. With a victory, Tom Brady and the players can already think about the playoffs.
The other two franchises start the week as notable favorites. Kansas City Chiefs have -110 odds to defeat Denver Broncos at least by 11 points. Chiefs have the current second-better streak, with four wins. This is a challenge worthing the first-division place, so Kansas will try not to give chances for Denver to overcome them.
Indianapolis Colts are also favorite to beat Houston Texans by more than nine points, with -105 odds. This match will be another between two franchises from the same division. Colts will try the bad sequence from the Titans to keep running for the AFC South title against a rival that is not threatening the opponents.
Buffalo Bills are lightly favorite against New England Patriots, with -150 odds. Probably the most exciting game from this week, the Patriots came from six straight wins, while the Bills need the victory to avoid the rival to open more than two games of advantage on the lead.
Still dreaming about the AFC title, Miami Dolphins are also lightly favorite to beat New York Giants, with the same -150 odds. The Florida team comes from four straight wins, while the Giants are making an irregular season.
