Bayern Munich vs Fenerbahce for the Audi Cup semi-final match on Tuesday at Allianz Arena Stadium.
In one of Tuesday’s two games on the Audi Cup semi-finals match, Bayern Munich and Fenerbahce’s team in the German city of Munich will be playing at Allianz Arena.
The Bayern Munich team comes for this match of the competition in which they are the hosts, being the last match of this stage of preparation for the beginning of the following season.
Considering that the team coached by Niko Kovac will face next week Borussia Dortmund in the German Super Cup, in what is the first test of the Bavarian side, which was not as active in the market as would probably be expected, mainly because some players left the squad.
In previous matches, the team beat Milan, Real Madrid and Lindau, losing with Arsenal and drawing with Kaiserslautern.
As for Fenerbahce, they are coming to this new preparatory match for next season having already played a series of four friendly events, having won their first two games this season, against Boluspor and Bursaspor, both 2-0, but more recently couldn’t win against Wolfsburg (1-1 draw) and Hertha Berlin (2-0 loss).
After an awful previous season, when the team were, at least in part of their campaign, close to being in the relegation zone, the Turkish side will undoubtedly look to improve their record this season and fight back for the league title.
Given the vast difference in quality between the two teams present at this meeting and also what was the lousy campaign of the Turks in the previous season, I predict here a relatively easy triumph for Bayern.
